Who is targeting which market

A single, shared view of the international markets each Local Visitor Economy Partnership is prioritising for the financial year, with the budget, products and activity behind each one. This is the two LVEP pilot, built to scale to all 38.

Read it both ways. Each row is an LVEP; each column is a market. A filled cell means that LVEP is targeting that market, and the number is the share of its travel trade budget going there. Hover to highlight a row and column; select any market or LVEP name to drill in.

Kept current, not constantly changed

Markets are confirmed for the financial year so the in market teams can plan against a stable picture. Each LVEP shows a status and a review date (April 2027 for this cycle). When the data lives in a Microsoft List, edit rights and a locked review window keep updates to the annual cycle, with full version history.

Phase 2 idea

Visits and events by market

Later, a layer showing which market team has run a FAM trip or attended an event in each LVEP region. This needs its own small event log rather than bolting onto the interest data, so it is parked for now. The grid leaves room for it.
